Provident Funding leased 1,951 square feet in the Sonoma Square office building, 1940 S. Bonito Way in Meridian’s El Dorado Business Campus. Steve Vlassek of El Dorado developer W.H. Moore Co. represented the property owner. Provident Funding says on its Web site that it is the largest privately held, non-bank-owned mortgage company in the United States, and is the country’s 10th largest wholesale lender.

Medtronic, which provides medical technology to people who have chronic diseases, leased 1,852 square feet in Monterey Place, 1965 S. Eagle Road in Meridian’s El Dorado Business Campus. Nancy Lemas of Commercial Northwest represented the tenant. Steve Vlassek of El Dorado developer W.H. Moore Co. represented the property owner.

Vogue, a salon, leased 1,289 square feet in the Shops at El Dorado, 2845 E. Overland Road, Meridian. Ed Byington of ReMax Advantage represented the tenant. Shirley Christofferson of El Dorado developer W.H. Moore Co. represented the property owner.

Ernie & Howard’s, a sprinkler, chimney and lawn care company, leased 2,000 square feet of warehouse space at 510 E. 46th St., Garden City. Brenda Clay of DK Commercial brokered the transaction.

Gem State Painting leased 1,932 square feet of office-warehouse space at 5220 Sawyer, Garden City. Brenda Clay of DK Commercial brokered the transaction.

Oriental Rug Co. opened a store in the Sherm Perry Building, 830 W. Bannock St., Boise. Wendy Shoemaker of DK Commercial brokered the transaction.

Boswell-Olsen Enterprises Inc., a Lindon, Utah-based millwork subcontractor working on the Idaho Capitol building restoration project, leased suite 110 in the Garro Building, 816 W. Bannock St., Boise. Wendy Shoemaker of DK Commercial brokered the transaction.
