  • Fernley, Nev.-based D&D Tire Inc., with centers in Caldwell and Twin Falls, has been bought out by the Purcell Tire & Rubber Co. of Potosi,Mo. The buyout calls for D&D Tire to retain the name through the end of the year, after which all locations will absorb the Purcell brand.
  • Comtech AHA Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comtech Telecommunications Corp., has surpassed the 20-year milestone as a leading provider of integrated circuits and intellectual property cores that implement forward error correction technologies.
