Eagle will pop open its first all-local bottle of wine May 10. 3Horse Ranch Vineyards has been growing grapes in the Eagle’s newly designated wine district for four years, and this week the fruits of their labor will be tasted by such local celebrities as Eagle Mayor Phil Bandy and senators Brad Little and Stan Bastian. The bottle-opening ceremony will take place at 3pm at Season’s Bistro.

  1. Congrats to the Cunninghams, Eagle, and Greg Koenig for a job well done! I hope that Eagle keeps it up. I'd Rather see lots of wineries than lots of M3 style developments, but I'm selfish like that.

  2. Eagle really seems to be taking its destiny into its own hands - witness their new Eagle tech entrepreneur group.

Chris, I'll see you there, I suspect!
