Idaho Smart Growth and ULI Idaho are putting together a presentation on “The Consequences of Residential Infill Development in the Treasure Valley.” The two groups have completed a study of 12 urban infill developments in the valley and are presenting their report on lowering property values or increasing traffic and the likes will become a reality.

The presentation is scheduled for May 29 in the Boise High School Auditorium. As part of the panel discussion there will also be a copy of the report handed out to attendees.
