A successful garden can earn you several hundred dollars a week. To set yourself up for success, make sure your soil is well nourished and the right type for what you’re planning to plant. Learn what produce grows best in your area. And make sure you pay attention to planting and harvesting seasons.
Host Events
If you have a stunning home or yard, you might consider hosting events. Especially with the pandemic limiting gatherings, events tend to be small and more intimate gatherings. Your backyard might be perfect for hosting a wedding, for example. If you have a large amount of land you might enjoy growing corn and making a corn maze. This can be an amazing seasonal activity that you can use to earn some extra cash. You can make it extra fun by centering it around a theme, using that theme to decide your maze pattern, and decorating accordingly.
Depending on how much space you have, how it’s laid out, and how you want to do things, there are lots of ways you can make some extra cash just by leveraging your home. You can rent out the whole place (or just a part of it), plant a garden and sell the produce, or host events.
