Keep a few Santa hats around the office, and no one will feel left out.

You can also create some excitement and plan a day for employees to wear their ugly Christmas sweaters. They can even have a contest to vote on which ugly Christmas sweater is the most obnoxious. You can have some small prizes around to give out to the winners.

Plan a Holiday Lunch

Your employees will enjoy a tasty lunch hosted by the boss. Decorate the kitchen or a suitable common area for a festive holiday luncheon. Have a variety of foods delivered to the office, and vary the choices to appeal to your diverse staff members. It can be simple or elaborate, but either way, your employees will appreciate your kindness.

Have a Gift Drawing

Your employees might enjoý having a grab bag or Secret Santa gift exchanges around the tree. You can also have some small gifts for lucky-number drawings. Gifts such as candles, scarves, gift cards and boxes of chocolate are inexpensive and fun to open. If your business receives baskets and food gifts from your vendors, have a raffle and share these gifts with your staff.
